The Quiet Confidence That God Endows in Obedience During Your Job Season

It is easy to think of confidence as something we developed by listening to a podcast, reading a self-help book, or being encouraged by a favourite song of ours. But when in your Job Season™, that is when God shines through—through you. That shine? It comes from His refinement process of you while on your faith journey. The inexplicable glow? In Pushed Faith™, it comes from all the times you asked God for guidance and wisdom instead of “those things” and He blessed you in a unique way. That still smile of God-fidence? That is a result of you still trusting Him as Proverbs 3:5-6 says. Not understanding God’s math or even fully His ways, but resting in the sovereignty of who He is, what He can do, and the track record that He has proven time, and time, and time again. You know God is unmatched. God knows He is unmatched.

When you tap into knowing who God is and when you allow that to supersede how you move, and focus on Godly Obedience™ moving you instead, God cannot help but to endow you with a special, unique to you, quiet confidence. It is God’s way of saying just to you: “I see you. And I am blessing you something special: with my profound peace, with my profound love, and with my profound confidence—for your Godly Obedience™.”

God’s Child, I cannot promise you when God will do His Major One in your life (only God knows), but this Job Promise™ in return for your obedience in Him, is quiet confidence. Keep going, and keep flowing. Wishing you a blessed Sunday and an equally blessed week.
