In your journal or on a sheet of paper, draw a line down the center and in the left column, write down a list of 3 to 5 things that are worrying you the most right now. In the right column, write down one word to describe how worrying about this makes you feel. Then, for 2-5 minutes (feel free to use a timer), write down everything you are feeling. Do not worry about what comes out, just write as freely as you possibly can. When you are done, take a deep breath, then a soft breath. Listen to nature sounds or sounds of the ocean on YouTube.
